Lunch: Spicy garlic buffalo chicken salad
Dinner: 2 hamburgers, no bun, topped with black beans, guacamole & spinach . Side salad with caesar dressing
Supplements: ammino acid, generic vitamin, fiber, garlic, omega 3
Drink: 2 cups of coffee, 5 glasses of ice water/ice tea. 1 artificial/aspartame drink.
Diet Grade: B. Buffalo chicken salad was deep fried and used 1 packet of ranch.
Workout: 2/3 Bicep and Ab P90X workout.
