Daily Life Report #501

Daily Status

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 pieces of turkey sausage, tomatoes

Snack:  Unsalted Macadamia Nuts

Lunch: Chipotle bowl, lettuce, black beans,  chicken, peppers, onions, tomatoes, vinaigrette dressing

Dinner: Meat loaf, Brussel sprouts, broccoli

Dessert: Carb friendly ice cream

Workout: Basketball in the morning

Overall: C. Some observations: The low carb ice cream is killing me.  Need to get it out of the house, because I’m able to rationalize its OK every night.  I’ve been using soy creamer in my coffee, after further research soy is a No No. Also looking into how much is too much with the workouts.

4 Hour Body Daily Report #6

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 pieces of turkey sausage.

Lunch: Bowl of chili, green beans, broccoli

Dinner: Steak & Peanuts

Dessert: Carb friendly ice cream

Workout: Max Interval Circuit

Overall: B. I have to cut out the  Carb Smart ice cream daily.  Workout was more then solid.  We went to the Cincinnati Reds baseball game so I had to beat the temptation of beer & other ballpark food.  Instead I ate a lot of peanuts & water.

4 Hour Body Daily Report #5

Playing with the titles here, bear with me.

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 pieces of turkey sausage.

Lunch: Burrito bowl – beans, peppers, onions, tomatoes, salsa, guacamole, beef.  Bowl of chili.

Dinner: Steak, green beans, broccoli

Dessert: Carb friendly ice cream

Workout: Deck of cards push up workout.  336 pushups in 35 minutes.

Overall: B. I’m a little worried about the Carb Smart ice cream, with dairy a no no.  Workout was solid, wish I had more time to do bench press since pushups are the only chest I get to do.

4 Hour Body – 5/9 Weekend Edition

Friday

Breakfast: 2 Chicken Breast

Lunch: Buffalo Chicken Salad, too much ranch

Dinner: Eggs & Sausage

Workout: Swimming with the kids for an hour.

Saturday

Cheat day! Goetta, toast, eggs for breakfast. 2 McDonalds cheeseburgers and a chocolate shake for lunch.  Cheeseburger and french fries for dinner.  3 IPA beers. Did a 1/2 shoulder workout. It was a good day!

Sunday

Breakfast: Left over chicken breast and hamburger (no bun)

Lunch: skipped

Dinner: Sirloin Steak topped with Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce, Broccoli.

Desert: Carb Smart Ice Cream.

Workout: Max Cardio Conditioning

Sunday was interesting, Max Cardio kicked my butt, which I probably needed for my cheat day prior.  I know I had too much dairy in the dinner portion but it was worth the taste.  I took a flyer on the carb smart ice cream.  We’ll see how my body reacts… I’ve been weighing in on Saturdays (broken scale at home), so far, down ~14 lbs in 2 weeks.

Lunch: 2 bowls of chili, side salad with vinaigrette dressing

Dinner: Chicken Bowl with black beans, spinach, and salsa

Supplements: ammino acid, generic vitamin, fiber, garlic, omega 3

Drink: 2 cups of coffee, 5 glasses of ice water/ice tea.  1 artificial/aspartame drink.

Diet Grade: A.

Workout: Insanity Max Cardio Circuit.  Kicked. My. Butt.

Breakfast:  3 eggs, 3 pieces of bacon

Lunch: Spicy garlic buffalo chicken salad

Dinner: 2 hamburgers, no bun, topped with black beans, guacamole & spinach .  Side salad with caesar dressing

Supplements: ammino acid, generic vitamin, fiber, garlic, omega 3

Drink: 2 cups of coffee, 5 glasses of ice water/ice tea.  1 artificial/aspartame drink.

Diet Grade: B.  Buffalo chicken salad was deep fried and used 1 packet of ranch.

Workout: 2/3 Bicep and Ab P90X workout.

2014-5-6 4 Hour Body / Paleo Day In Review

Breakfast:  2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon

Lunch: 2 bowls of chili, 1 side salad with normal amount of cesar dressing

Dinner: 1 round steak, black beans, guacamole, hot sauce

Supplements: ammino acid, generic vitamin, fiber, garlic, omega 3

Drink: 1 cup of coffee (soy creamer), 5 glasses of ice water

Diet Grade: A.  I guess only the ceaser dressing was a short coming…
