Wednesday – Insanity Plyometric

Thursday – Beach Body Bulk Arms

Friday – Insanity Cardio Power

Breakfast – Eggs & Sausage

Lunch – Turkey, Salad, Beans

Dinner – ???

Water – 8 glasses, 4 with lemon
