Breakfast: 2 Chicken Breast
Lunch: Buffalo Chicken Salad, too much ranch
Dinner: Eggs & Sausage
Workout: Swimming with the kids for an hour.
Cheat day! Goetta, toast, eggs for breakfast. 2 McDonalds cheeseburgers and a chocolate shake for lunch. Cheeseburger and french fries for dinner. 3 IPA beers. Did a 1/2 shoulder workout. It was a good day!
Breakfast: Left over chicken breast and hamburger (no bun)
Dinner: Sirloin Steak topped with Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce, Broccoli.
Desert: Carb Smart Ice Cream.
Workout: Max Cardio Conditioning
Sunday was interesting, Max Cardio kicked my butt, which I probably needed for my cheat day prior. I know I had too much dairy in the dinner portion but it was worth the taste. I took a flyer on the carb smart ice cream. We’ll see how my body reacts… I’ve been weighing in on Saturdays (broken scale at home), so far, down ~14 lbs in 2 weeks.
